Hoi Fung Wu is July 2014 Graduate of Upper Iowa University

Upper Iowa University is pleased to announce Hoi Fung Wu from Tseung Kwan O, Hong Kong, graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in July.

Honors qualifications as follows: Summa cum laude is awarded to those with at least a 3.9 GPA; magna cum laude (3.7-3.9 GPA), and cum laude (3.5-3.7 GPA).
