Hoi Fung Wu is Named to Upper Iowa University's 2013-14 Spring International Dean's List

Hoi Fung Wu, a Psychology major from Hong Kong was named to the Upper Iowa University 2013-14 Spring International Dean's List. To be honored, the undergraduate must have earned a minimum 3.50 GPA for the semester and be enrolled as a full-time student.
