Kelsey Carpenter named to Upper Iowa University's Fall 2016 Dean's list

Upper Iowa University is pleased to announce the Dean's List for the 2016 Fall semester. To be honored, the undergraduate must have earned a minimum 3.50 GPA for the semester and be enrolled as a full-time student.

Kelsey Carpenter, a Biology major from New Hampton, IA, was among the honorees.
