Kolter Freidhof awarded a Presidential Scholarship to Upper Iowa University

Upper Iowa University recently released its Presidential and Trustee Scholarship winners for 2012-2013. Upper Iowa is pleased to announce, Kolter Freidhof of Cresco, IA, was the recipient of a Presidential Scholarship in the amount of $14,000.
