Paige Davis awarded a Presidential Scholarship to Upper Iowa University

Upper Iowa University recently released its Presidential and Trustee Scholarship winners for 2012-2013. Upper Iowa is pleased to announce, Paige Davis of Rock Falls, IL, was the recipient of a Presidential Scholarship in the amount of $14,000.
