Quintin Taylor Awarded a Presidential Scholarship to Upper Iowa University

Upper Iowa University recently released its Presidential and Trustee Scholarship recipients for 2013-14. Upper Iowa is pleased to announce, Quintin Taylor of Atkins, IA, was the recipient of a Presidential Scholarship in the amount of $14000.
