Taiya Brown Awarded a Trustee Scholarship to Upper Iowa University

Upper Iowa University recently released its Presidential and Trustee Scholarship recipients for 2013-14. Upper Iowa is pleased to announce, Taiya Brown of Lanesboro, MN, was the recipient of a Trustee Scholarship in the amount of $17000.
