Upper Iowa University and East Baton Rouge Parish School System celebrates 2-year anniversary of CAP agreement
Fayette, IA (02/09/2023) — Upper Iowa University-Baton Rouge Center will host an anniversary event on Thursday, March 9, at its facility, located at 2431 S. Acadian Thruway, Baton Rouge, Louisiana to celebrate their two-year anniversary of the Corporate Advantage Partnership agreement with the East Baton Rouge Parish School System. The public event will be held from 4-6 p.m. and will include a center tour, information about UIU and the CAP program, as well as refreshments.
As CAP partners, the employees of the East Baton Rouge Parish School System and their spouses and dependent children (up to age 26) are eligible to receive set tuition grants for courses taken at any of UIU's over 20 U.S. centers, or through the University's online programs. Application fees are also waived. The UIU-Baton Rouge Center serves students from throughout the Southern Louisiana region and offers a variety of scholarships and grants for those who qualify. The Center offers onsite classes and online education programming.
