Upper Iowa University and U.S. Army Field Artillery announce articulation agreement

Fayette, IA (04/28/2020) — Upper Iowa University (UIU) and the U.S. Army Field Artillery (FA) have announced an articulation agreement for Army Field Artillery (CMF13) enlisted soldiers to receive maximum credit toward the UIU Associate of Arts in liberal arts and Bachelor of Science information systems degrees. Eligible soldiers may enroll in online or in-seat classes at UIU's military education locations at Fort Leavenworth and Fort Riley, Kansas; Fort Polk and New Orleans (Jackson Barracks), Louisiana; and Fort Sill, Oklahoma. A UIU course location is also located at Fort Hood, Texas.

This collaboration is part of the Army's Continuing Education Degree Program (CEDP) Leadership Initiative. The CEDP program is an Army initiative that identifies degree paths which aligning with Army training outcomes to help promote and develop exceptional leaders within the Army and across the globe.
