Upper Iowa University Celebrates 15 years in the Rockford Area

Rockford, IL (02/14/2023) — Upper Iowa University-Rockford Center will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony with Rockford Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday, March 1, at its facility, located at 1161 Tebala Blvd, Rockford, Illinois to celebrate 15 years since first opening its doors in the Rockford area. The public event will be held from 10-11a.m with light refreshments being provided.

Since its opening in the fall of 2007, the UIU-Rockford Center has supported hundreds of students throughout the Northern Illinois area in obtaining their degrees. The center offers onsite local advisors, self-paced and online courses, as well as their newest modality uiuLive - a structured face-to-face connection with traditional online courses.
