Upper Iowa University named Military Friendly Top 10 Gold School
Fayette, IA (12/15/2017) — Upper Iowa University announced today that it has been named a Military Friendly® Top 10 Gold School Award recipient for 2018. Victory Media, originator of the family of Military Friendly® employment, entrepreneurship and education resources for veterans and their families, has announced its special awards for 2018 Military Friendly® Schools and Employers. UIU ranked 10th and received its Gold rating in the private university, not offering a doctorate category.

A participating institution in the Principles of Excellence and Yellow Ribbon programs, UIU has been named a top Military-Friendly School or University by Military Advanced Education, Victory Media, and G.I. Jobs on multiple occasions. Online undergraduate and master's programs at Upper Iowa University have also been ranked among the best online programs for veterans and service members by U.S. News & World Report.
